Team Profiles – An Oveview

Our team profiles provide key insights on a number of different things that make a team tick, or in some cases not!

The report uses the data from the main personality profile questionnaire completed by each team member and analyses the group as a whole.

Our team report includes the following sections:

Team Map

A great visual insight to show where each team member sits on on Target Personalities grid. It allows you to see how well your team is balanced, heavy in certain areas or light in others.

Team Profile

Just like the profile in the individual questionnaire, the report includes a detailed profile on your team as a whole.

Strengths and Blindspots

This shows the team strengths, allowing you to understand how to leverage them and the blindspots that you may want to be aware of.

Communication

We’ll show you the balance of Open, Reflective, Direct and Structured communication styles in your team.

Dynamics in Action

An overview of 18 team behavioural traits and skills and how likely you are to demonstrate/use these.

Preferences

The balance of introversion, extraversion, thinking and feeling preferences in your team

Relationships

How likely it is your team will get along and, in the online version, a tool to allow you to analyse one team member against another.
