Introduction
Here are the results of your personality questionnaire
The results are created using the answers that you provided in the instrument and are calculated using various different methods to provide the best possible overview.
It should be noted that these results are not professional advice and should only be used as a guide.
The results of the instrument are not designed to put you into a box. Instead, the idea is to show you how much of 4 different dynamics you demonstrate. These traits combined will be indicative of your overall personality and will give you a Dynamic Stack. This will be 4 colour blocks stacked in an order of strength, with the strongest at the top.
The higher the dynamic, the more dominant the characteristics of that trait will be in your visible behaviour toward others.
To show you the best possible view, you’ll also see a number of different graphs explaining your results.
The Background
The 4 traits are made up of a combination of preferences. These preferences were described in work by Dr. Karl Jung and are commonly known as Jungian Preferences or Jungian Types. You may be familiar with some of the language. There are two sets of preferences that are used in the results, and this is what the words in the instrument are measuring:
1. Extraversion (E) vs. Introversion (I)
- Extraversion: Prefers to focus on the outer world of people and activities. Extraverts are energised by social interactions, enjoy being active and involved in a variety of activities, and tend to be expressive.
- Introversion: Prefers to focus on the inner world of ideas and reflections. Introverts are energised by solitary activities, enjoy deep conversations with a few people rather than broad social engagements, and tend to be more reserved.
2. Thinking (T) vs. Feeling (F)
- Thinking: Prefers to make decisions based on objective principles and logical analysis. Thinkers value truth and fairness and make decisions based on logical consequences rather than personal impact.
- Feeling: Prefers to make decisions based on personal values and the impact on people. Feelers value harmony and compassion, and they consider the personal circumstances and the needs of others in their decision-making process.
Other similar instruments may use two other preferences to create a deeper look at your personality. You can see this approach in our Target16 profile.

If I focus on maintaining an even stronger presence in conversations, it might assist in fortifying my stance when negotiating or persuading others. Developing a concise articulation of points could enhance my assertive communication, ensuring clarity of expression without overlooking the nuances.
With a tendency towards passiveness in some situations, I might benefit from cultivating a greater willingness to share my insights, particularly in the presence of forceful personalities. Concerning aggressiveness, a key challenge is maintaining vigilance to prevent my drive for precision from being perceived as overly critical by peers. Ensuring that my directness is modulated according to the context can present difficulties, as too much emphasis on outcomes could overshadow the process. Balancing my need for control with flexibility remains an ongoing challenge, as I strive to accommodate varying perspectives while maintaining order. My focus on achieving meticulous outcomes can sometimes make it hard to delegate, fearing that others may not meet my standards. I might find it difficult to embrace risk and innovation, preferring proven methods over unexplored avenues. The need for extensive data before making decisions could impede my ability to take quick actions when required.
I experience discomfort when faced with unpredictable dynamics, which can impact my ability to adapt swiftly. Motivation Style
Based on your motivation questionnaire, here are some thoughts on your motivation style.
I am primarily driven by a deep sense of meaning and purpose in what I do. This is the foundation of my motivation, pushing me to seek out roles and tasks where I feel I can make a genuine impact. Alongside this, I am motivated by a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, which suggests I thrive when I have control over my projects and can see them through to completion. The desire for power, often reflected in leadership and decision-making roles, also plays a significant role in my motivation.
Competence is another key motivator: I am likely to dedicate time to honing my skills and gaining mastery in my field. Achievement, recognition, affiliation, and activity play a more moderate role in how I operate. My approach to work is likely characterised by a passion for meaningful impact, innovative thinking, and a methodical striving for excellence, all underpinned by a preference for autonomy and leadership.
Intrinsic Vs Extrinsic Motivators
Based on your scores, we are able to determine whether you are motivated by intrinsic or extrinsic motivators
Intrinsic Motivation means you I am driven by inner values and a personal sense of purpose. When I’m intrinsically motivated, I do things because they feel meaningful or enjoyable to me, not because of external rewards. I might find satisfaction in learning something new, solving a complex problem, or contributing to something that matters deeply to me. Success, for me, often comes from feeling fulfilled, not just from recognition or tangible rewards.
Extrinsic Motivation means I respond strongly to external motivators like recognition, praise, achievement, or clear outcomes. When I’m extrinsically motivated, I’m energised by meeting goals, receiving feedback, or knowing your work is seen and valued. Whether it’s striving for a promotion, earning rewards, or being acknowledged for your efforts, these external signals help drive my momentum and focus.

Desires Scatter Graph
The graph below shows the placement of each of the 8 desires in relation to Intrinsic and Extrinsic and also the importance to me:
My motivation is slightly more intrinsic than extrinsic, reflecting a personal commitment to pursuing internal satisfaction and personal growth. I find myself driven by intrinsic desires such as meaningful engagement, self-improvement, and the pursuit of mastery. I am likely to derive satisfaction from responsibilities allowing me to develop my skills and contribute to meaningful causes, valuing personal fulfilment above external accolades.
While internal motivators hold considerable sway, extrinsic factors such as power, recognition, and ownership still play a significant role in motivating me. I am likely to appreciate environments where I can exert influence and command authority, as these opportunities provide external validation of my efforts.
Balancing these intrinsic and extrinsic drives, my approach is likely to be characterised by a search for a working environment that allows both personal growth and visible contributions. I aim to align my work with my values, while acknowledging the importance of recognition and control over my achievements.

My Stressors/Things that Drain Me
Below are my stressors and the things that might drain me when leading and managing:
As a leader, I may find that unpredictable situations and environments lacking structure can be particularly stressful. Such scenarios challenge my natural preference for order and reliability, often leading to discomfort when processes are unclear or when sudden changes occur without prior planning. I thrive on having a clear framework to guide actions and decisions, and deviations from established protocols can create significant stress.
I often prefer situations where decisions can be made based on logic and data, finding it draining when required to make rapid decisions without sufficient information. When an environment necessitates quick problem-solving without the benefit of analysis, it can lead to heightened stress levels. Similarly, when I am met with emotional or high-pressure dynamics that require spontaneous influence strategies, it may stretch my natural comfort zones.
Moreover, situations that demand an authoritative approach or require me to exert influence through charisma or persuasion tend to be less natural and more exhausting for me. I tend to rely on established practices and cooperative strategies and may find it demanding when expected to drive motivation solely through assertiveness or personal force.
Additionally, environments where there is a high tolerance for flexibility or a lack of rules can be draining. I function best with well-defined expectations and can find it taxing to manage teams where spontaneity is required, and guidelines are minimal. Such situations can often lead to a feeling of being unanchored, potentially impacting my effectiveness as a leader.
Handling conflict or managing personnel issues that lack clarity can also contribute to stress. I tend to prefer straightforward communication and well-structured interactions, and complex interpersonal dynamics that do not align with these principles may feel overwhelming.
- Unpredictable situations and environments lacking structure are uncomfortable for me.
- Deviations from established protocols create stress when processes are unclear.
- I find it draining to make rapid decisions without sufficient information.
- High-pressure environments with emotional dynamics challenge my natural comfort zones.
- Situations that require an authoritative or persuasive approach can be exhausting.
- A lack of rules or high tolerance for flexibility contributes to a feeling of being unanchored.
- Managing conflict or personnel issues without clarity is overwhelming for me.
My Areas for Development
Below are some of my areas for development when leading/managing:
As a leader, one area for development is enhancing my adaptability to unstructured and rapidly changing environments. Given my preference for structured and predictable settings, I could benefit from expanding my comfort zone to better handle situations that require flexibility and swift adjustments. Embracing change with a more open mindset might help me become more resilient in the face of uncertainties.
Another area for growth lies in developing skills for making decisions under pressure without complete information. My tendency to rely on thorough analysis can slow down my decision-making process in dynamic situations. Therefore, cultivating the ability to synthesise limited data swiftly and act decisively is something I aim to improve upon as a leader.
Additionally, I could strengthen my influence techniques to bolster my leadership presence. While I rely heavily on structure and protocol, enhancing my ability to motivate and inspire through varied approaches, including more dynamic, interpersonal strategies, can broaden my leadership effectiveness.
Deepening my ability to manage conflict and address interpersonal issues with greater ease is another developmental focus. As I typically prefer straightforward communication, enhancing my skills in navigating complex or ambiguous social interactions will enhance my capacity to resolve issues efficiently.
Further development in understanding and navigating environments that are less rule-based or highly flexible may also prove beneficial. By broadening my perspective and embracing a more fluid style where needed, I can better support teams in settings that thrive on creativity and unconventional thinking.

I approach problem-solving with analytical precision, ensuring that each short-term decision is integrated within the larger framework of the strategic plan. By maintaining this connection, I ensure that our initiatives are cohesive and contribute meaningfully to the long-term vision.
Communication remains vital in both long-term and short-term contexts, as I endeavour to keep the team informed and engaged with our strategies and daily objectives. Your Sales Profile
Your Sales Profile is built using the results of your Dynamics questionnaire and maps these results against a number of different sales skills and behaviours. It also shows how you are likely to operate around the Target Sales Cycle.

You and The Sales Cycle
The chart below is a detailed view of how your behavioural strengths align with each stage of the consultative sales cycle.
Drawing from your selected descriptors in the questionnaire, each score reflects the degree to which your preferences and tendencies support the behavioural demands of that specific sales phase — from prospecting and rapport-building through to closing and follow-up.
Sales Cycle Behavioural Strengths
The higher the percentage, the more naturally you are likely to perform effectively in that stage.
Prospecting
I will approach prospecting in a methodical manner, often relying on established processes to identify potential leads. You will see me focusing on gathering detailed information about prospects rather than engaging in aggressive outreach strategies. My approach is more reserved, which may mean I take longer to engage with a wide range of contacts. While I am capable of identifying qualified leads, the initial outreach may lack immediacy. You will hear structured and well-prepared pitches, although the energised delivery might be less prevalent.
Building Rapport
In the rapport-building phase, I may initially come across as formal, as it takes me time to establish a connection with new clients. You will notice my communication is supportive yet measured, aiming to build trust over time rather than rapidly. My focus is on understanding clients deeply before forming personal connections, which may mean rapport is more developed over subsequent interactions. I may not always be perceived as immediately engaging, but my steadiness assures clients of my reliability. The language you hear from me will be careful and attentive, as I work to understand the client’s perspectives thoroughly.
Understanding Needs and Wants
I excel at identifying and analysing clients’ needs and wants, ensuring proposals accurately reflect their specific situations. You will see an analytical approach where I gather detailed insights to tailor solutions that align well with client expectations. I use probing questions to draw out important information, and my natural curiosity aids in uncovering hidden requirements. My communication is focused on accuracy and completeness, aiming to achieve a comprehensive understanding. In this stage, I demonstrate patience and the ability to listen actively, ensuring the client’s voice is fully heard.
Presenting Value
During the value presentation, my communication style might appear reserved, as I focus heavily on delivering detailed, evidence-based information. You will notice that my style is less assertive, potentially making it challenging to create a strong initial impression. I communicate the value proposition in a structured manner, though it may lack dynamic engagement or enthusiasm. The presentation is meticulous, highlighting factual benefits and supporting data effectively. My preference is for clear and logical explanations, although I may miss opportunities to connect emotionally with the audience.
Handling Concerns
I handle concerns with a careful and deliberate approach, ensuring that each issue is thoroughly addressed. You will see that I remain calm and composed, focusing on understanding the client’s worries and responding with logical solutions. My ability to reassure clients stems from my methodical attention to detail and consistency. I rely on structured methods to provide well-thought-out responses, which helps in maintaining client confidence. I prefer addressing concerns one at a time, which may be perceived as too meticulous but ultimately leads to resolving issues effectively.
Closing the Sale
In the closing phase, I may not push aggressively for immediate decisions, as I prioritise ensuring the client is fully comfortable. My approach is more patient, which might lead to extended timelines for deal closure. You will see that I tend to wait for clear signals from the client before moving to close, aiming for a mutually beneficial agreement. I often use logic and facts to reinforce the decision-making process, though I may not create a strong sense of urgency. My closing efforts focus on securing long-term agreements rather than quick wins, promoting stability and satisfaction.
Following Up
I am diligent and reliable in following up, ensuring each client feels valued and attended to after the initial sale. You will notice my consistent and steady communication, which reassures clients that their concerns and queries are managed promptly. My follow-ups are organised and precise, aimed at nurturing the client relationship and building future opportunities. Your Areas for Development
I find the initial stages of prospecting to be more challenging, as it requires a level of assertiveness and persistence that doesn’t come naturally to me. Building rapport quickly can also be difficult, as I might take longer than others to establish an immediate connection with prospects. During presentations, I may struggle to confidently communicate the value proposition, potentially leading to a less impactful delivery. I sometimes find it difficult to assertively push for closure, which might cause delays in advancing deals to the final stages. Additionally, I may rely heavily on existing processes and may not adapt swiftly to unexpected changes in sales dynamics.
I might also experience difficulty in showcasing enthusiasm during initial encounters, which can impact my ability to deeply engage clients from the outset. My hesitancy to take risks could limit my ability to seize spontaneous opportunities or propose unconventional solutions. In high-pressure situations, I may lean towards caution, which might affect the pace at which deals are closed. Concerning handling objections, I could sometimes appear overly reliant on structured methods, potentially limiting more innovative or persuasive responses. Lastly, my preference for methodical procedures may result in slower responsiveness when a more dynamic approach is required for quicker decision-making.
Your Sales Communication Style
My communication style is structured and precise, ensuring that messages are clear and comprehensive for the client. I tend to employ a formal tone, focusing on delivering information in a logical sequence. Clients are likely to notice my use of specific terminology, reflecting my thorough understanding of technical details. I pay close attention to questions asked, ensuring responses are tailored, thorough, and directly related to client needs. Typically, I refrain from overly spontaneous interactions, preferring a planned approach that ensures accuracy and professionalism.
In discussions, I use reassuring language, aiming to convey dependability and an assurance of quality in our offerings. I am deliberate in my word choice, focusing on clarity and reducing any ambiguity, which helps clients feel informed and confident in decision-making. While I might not be highly animated, my communication is steady and measured, ensuring clients understand the reliability that underpins my proposals. I am comfortable taking time to explain complex concepts in detail, valuing the importance of mutual understanding over quick exchanges. My preference is for fact-based, objective discussions, where evidence and data are used to support recommendations.

Seeing the long-term impact of my work on client relationships and business success keeps me positively engaged. I am driven when I can provide consistent, valued support to clients, enhancing the trust and reliability they associate with my role.
Sales Under Pressure
When under pressure, I tend to rely heavily on the exacting standards set by the Blue Dynamic, focusing on precision and accuracy to manage stress. Colleagues might notice that I become more reserved and deliberate in my actions, prioritising accuracy and thoroughness even more. At times, I might struggle with decisiveness, as the pressure can amplify my need for detailed analysis before making decisions. Clients may sense a heightened focus on data and factual information, as I attempt to mitigate pressure by grounding discussions in logic. Pressure can occasionally lead me to be overly critical of both my work and others’, as I strive for near perfection.
In high-pressure situations, the Green Dynamic becomes apparent as I attempt to maintain calmness and consistency in interactions both with clients and colleagues. My colleagues will see my commitment to sustaining supportive relationships, though I might become more cautious in my approach, avoiding quick decisions. Clients might observe that I lean into my strengths of patience, although this can sometimes manifest as hesitancy in aggressive sales environments. I rely on established procedures to navigate challenging situations, which might come across as inflexible during rapidly changing conditions. I sometimes find comfort in focusing on internal processes when under stress, which can result in missed opportunities for innovation or quick problem-solving.
The Yellow Dynamic might be dampened under pressure, causing my usual enthusiasm to wane as I concentrate more intensely on delivering exact results. My interactions may become less spontaneous, and my language more focused on structure rather than engaging narratives. Under stress, I might struggle to adapt quickly to changes, as I prefer to adhere to known frameworks and strategies. While I work diligently to meet targets, the pressure can sometimes make me less open to alternative methods or creative solutions. My focus on maintaining order can be beneficial in some respects, though it might limit my ability to think outside the box in dynamic sales scenarios.
