Introduction

Here are the results of your personality questionnaire

The results are created using the answers that you provided in the instrument and are calculated using various different methods to provide the best possible overview.

It should be noted that these results are not professional advice and should only be used as a guide.

The results of the instrument are not designed to put you into a box. Instead, the idea is to show you how much of 4 different dynamics you demonstrate. These traits combined will be indicative of your overall personality and will give you a Dynamic Stack. This will be 4 colour blocks stacked in an order of strength, with the strongest at the top.

The higher the dynamic, the more dominant the characteristics of that trait will be in your visible behaviour toward others.

To show you the best possible view, you’ll also see a number of different graphs explaining your results.

The Background

The 4 traits are made up of a combination of preferences. These preferences were described in work by Dr. Karl Jung and are commonly known as Jungian Preferences or Jungian Types. You may be familiar with some of the language. There are two sets of preferences that are used in the results, and this is what the words in the instrument are measuring:

1. Extraversion (E) vs. Introversion (I)

  • Extraversion: Prefers to focus on the outer world of people and activities. Extraverts are energised by social interactions, enjoy being active and involved in a variety of activities, and tend to be expressive.
  • Introversion: Prefers to focus on the inner world of ideas and reflections. Introverts are energised by solitary activities, enjoy deep conversations with a few people rather than broad social engagements, and tend to be more reserved.

2. Thinking (T) vs. Feeling (F)

  • Thinking: Prefers to make decisions based on objective principles and logical analysis. Thinkers value truth and fairness and make decisions based on logical consequences rather than personal impact.
  • Feeling: Prefers to make decisions based on personal values and the impact on people. Feelers value harmony and compassion, and they consider the personal circumstances and the needs of others in their decision-making process.

Other similar instruments may use two other preferences to create a deeper look at your personality. You can see this approach in our Target16 profile.

You might find my communication style to be clear and considerate, aiming for clarity and understanding over assertive directives. While I can assert my views when needed, I generally prefer to facilitate outcomes that are mutually beneficial and strategically sound. I foster a culture of reliability and thoroughness that might seem contrary to a high-pressure, immediate-results-driven mindset. I will see my opposite type as someone who thrives on assertiveness and quick decision-making, often making bold moves that contrast with my careful, deliberate approach. Their focus on immediate results might appear impetuous to me, as I tend to value structured planning and progressive achievement. When interacting with my opposite type, I may initially struggle with their preference for dynamic changes, which contrasts with my inclination for stability and consistency.

Their ability to take charge and lead with confidence can be impressive, yet I might perceive it as somewhat overwhelming when the focus on action overshadows a detailed analysis. I will notice that they are driven by ambition and a competitive spirit, which contrasts with my cooperative nature that prioritises collective success. In group settings, I might find their direct and forthright communication style challenging, as I prefer a more harmonious and patient approach.

I will observe that they often rely on their instincts to guide decision-making, whereas I favour a data-driven and logical methodology. Their approach to conflict might seem assertive to me, while I usually aim for mediation and consensus. While their energy and enthusiasm can be invigorating, I might find it difficult to connect on a level where calm and reflective dialogue is the norm.

When we collaborate, I will need to adapt to their fast-paced style, even as I might wish for a steadier tempo to absorb and evaluate information fully. Despite our differences, I recognise that their determination and decisiveness can be valuable attributes in crisis situations where time is of the essence. Understanding that we both contribute unique strengths to the team will be essential for appreciating our differing perspectives.

In summary, I will see my opposite type as:
