- The profiles generated by Target Personalities are for personal use only and should not be construed as professional or legal advice.
- Using our profiles in any commercial setting is strictly prohibited, including events or training where participants are charged a fee for receiving their profiles unless you have an agreement and a licence from us to do so.
- Users cannot resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any profiles, reports, or other materials obtained from Target Personalities.
- You must be over the age of 13 to use our site.
Licencing of Products
All products purchased from Target Personalities are licensed, not sold, to you. This means that while you have the right to use the products as specified in these Terms, the products remain the property of Target Personalities. You may not resell, transfer, or alter any products.
Payments and Refunds
Payments for any premium/additional products or services on Target Personalities are processed by Stripe. We may consider refunds within 30 days of purchase, provided that no chargeback attempt has been made and the content has not been downloaded.

Target Personalities will not be liable for any outcomes or consequences resulting from interpreting or using the information provided in our profiles. Any decisions you make based on our profiles are your responsibility, and we disclaim any liability for the results of such decisions.
We make no claims to the validity or accuracy of the the information provided in our reports and as such the reports are to be treated as information only.
