How to Check the Accuracy of Your Profile

Here’s a few notes on the accuracy of our personality profiles.

Creating Your Profile

Our profiles are created using the scores from the results of our questionnaire. We look at all 4 Dynamics and create the profile based on the strength of each Dynamic.

This means that your profile is not just simply based off, for example, your stack being RBGY. We take the individual scores and build your profile from that, meaning there are 1000’s of variations of the profile that is created.

You may have the same profile as someone else, but only if they have exactly the same scores as you in our scoring methodology.

We then run your scores through our databases and an algorithm to produce the report.

All parts of your report are based on your individual scores.

Checking Accuracy

The main profile is where you can check the accuracy. Unlike the other sections, which provide guidance and advice, the profile is the description of you. You can check the accuracy by counting the number of sentences you disagree with in your profile.

Each profile has 100 sentences in total. Deducting the number of sentences you disagree with from 100 will give you an accuracy score.

For example, if you disagree with three sentences and deduct this from 100, you get 97. That means your profile is 97% accurate.
